By purchasing a cake/cupcake/bouquet/cookies or any other bake from Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway it is assumed that you have read and accept my T & C's in full. All prices are NON NEGOTIABLE and are priced according to your exact specifications of design and size of cake/cupcakes/bouquets/other bakes. All orders are to be paid for in full at the point of ordering and is NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.
Deposits that are taken for booking Wedding Cakes is a £150.00 deposit to secure a date which then you will be invoiced 4 weeks prior to the wedding for the remaining balance. Deposits that are taken for wedding orders are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE as a date will have been booked for you and preparations will have been begun for that date.
Any orders that have not been collected under extreme circumstances are only part refunded only at the discretion of Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway. I reserve the right to refuse any refund of any order placed should Cake & Sprinkles Cakeway deem it unreasonable or unsuitable to do so. After an order as been placed with Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway no adjustments are to be made once a decision as been made on style etc. If Collection has been arranged then the collection time given is to be adhered to as it is an appointment time allocated to you, which is a Fifteen minute time slot, if you are going to be late you must message or telephone to state that, otherwise you will loose your designated time and either another booking is made or if you do not turn up you risk your order being resold because of its perishable nature. Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway take no responsibility for damaged caused to your Cake/Cupcakes/Bouquet or other bakes once it has been handed over a photograph will have been taken once it has been handed over, also before your product is handed it is up to you then to speak up if you are not satisfied with the Cake/Cupcakes/Bouquet other bakes, as once it has left the Cakeaway it is deemed that you are happy and satisfied with your order.
Any ALLERGIES must be declared at the time of ordering Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway hold no responsibility for any food allergies or reactions that are not declared at the point of ordering/purchasing. I cannot guarantee 100% uniformity in colours and designs you may have given me from order to order, separate batches may differ slightly, however i do endeavour to keep consistency.

DELIVERY OF WEDDING CAKES
As part of Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway's service, we off er a personal delivery & set up, this service is subject to availability and booking this service in advance if required is essential. I will liaise with your venue or wedding planner prior to delivery to schedule a delivery slot and check that all arrangements for assembly, such as cake stand, table, etc have been taken care of. Please note that at the point of delivery the cake will become the responsibility of the venue once it has been set up this is to be confirmed in the form of a signature by a nominated person IE: Wedding planner, manager or other member of staff at your venue. if it is to be collected from Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway we will provide you with transport, storage, and assembly instructions. The cake must be collected at the agreed time as stated in the above terms apply to all cake products. Once again a signature will be required as then it becomes your responsibility and Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway take no responsibility if damage occurs in your care.

CANCELLATION BY CAKE & SPRINKLES CAKEAWAY
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any Fire, Flood, Explosion, Accident, Adverse weather conditions, Traffic congestion, Mechanical failure, breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, Riot, Government act, Act of war, Terrorism, Act in the event of serious illness, Act of God. Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway will give as much notice as possible if we cannot fulfil your order and any monies paid will be refunded in full.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints are very rare in the world of cakes, some complaints may require further investigation. Cakes that are left in the clients care, venue care must be stored at the correct temperature, and in any cake box that is supplied, they must be kept away from heat, sun, & damp conditions. Cakes that are decorated in buttercream must be kept in the fridge then removed up to 30 minutes before display, and kept displayed in a cool environment. It is quite common for icing to crack as it dries out which is out of our control. The cake should be consumed once it has been cut. If you are complaining for a refund then 75% of the uneaten cake should be returned to Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway within 24 Hours we will not be responsible for collection. NO REFUNDS are give because the client has simply changed there mind or the Cake, Cupcakes, Cupcake Bouquet, or any other product has been damaged out of our care. Cake & Sprinkles Cakeaway DO NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS on taste and texture as some individuals tastes are different to others and some texture of cakes i.e. Madeira are a dense texture once made commonly for fondant covered cakes and sculpturing. The only time texture is investigated is when the cake is uncooked which then the cake is to be returned uneaten within 24 hours for investigation.
